Why It Is Important For a Master To Have Vision & Goals ?
(Still working on this one-01.04.2012) |

| If you have the type of job that involves attending meetings to discuss the direction your company is taking, you are likely to hear discussions about the goals of the company. Depending on how high up you are in the company you may even discuss the vision of the company. Both of these elements are integral parts of human nature. Everyone has some goal; some vision of what they would like the future to be or where they would like to be headed. Having a vision for your life leads to developing a gaol. Goals give way to purpose in life. Having a specific vision and subsequent goal is particularly important for a Master; especially if the Master wishes to be the Owner of slaves. A Master should have both short and long term goals. The Master's vision supplies Him with the possible goals that are available, depening on what the vision is. There are some very important things to consider aboout vision and goals. If they are not realistic then the success of His goals may end in frustration because His goals were perhaps set to high or not very realstic. Dissection of a Vision The official definition of the word vision is; "The ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom; 2. A mental image of what the future will or could be like." Im a certain that if asked what their vision of a Master and slave relationship is, most so-called Masters would answer that it is a relationship based on the Masters wants and desires only that the slave has no say in the matter. While this is partially true it is a limited viewpoint. All slaves have a vision of what it will be like serving a Master 24/7. The base elements are that the Master has a vision and the slave has a vision. Suffice-it-to-say the two visions should match up somewhat in order for the realtionship to work. The word goal has a different meaning: "The end toward which effort or ambition is directed; AIM, PURPOSE: a condition or state to be brought about through a course of action." Both Master and a slave can certainly visualize the sort of arrangement each wants with the other. However, the "vision" is only a part of the equation. Without a goal the vision is merely a fantasy. The two must be combined. If the Master has a vision of what sort of slave relationship He wants he must also have some specific goals in mind to make the vision come to life.
